BACK TO SCHOOL!

Reminder starting Tuesday, September 3rd there will be a new CrossFit Teens time. There will be no longer a 4pm-5pm class. CrossFit Teens will be running Monday-Friday at 5:30-6:30.Warmup: 3 rounds

10 squats => 5 push-ups => 2 cartwheels => 10 lunge steps => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal
 
EMOM for 8 mins
5 air squats
5 med ball slams 
WOD: For time
100 single unders or 50 double unders
15 burpees
20 toes to bars
15 Overhead squats
20 box jumps
15 overhead walking lunges
100 single unders or 50 double unders
