Next weekend (Saturday August 24th) we are going to CrossFit Overdrive for the 3rd Annual RPCFO Challenage. Our teams are ready! We are also going to need a few volunteer judges as well. If you are able to help out, please let me know.

Warmup
2 Rounds
5 Turkish Get-Ups (yes…per arm) => 10 Bulgarian split squats (no weight…yes per leg) => 3 Broad Jumps => 2 Forward Rolls => 10 Renegade Rows (per arm, share dumbbells)

Strength
Five sets of:
5 XBack Squat (as heavy as possible)
Rest 20 seconds
5-10 HSPUs or 2-3 Wall Climbs
Rest 3 Minutes
