Warmup
5 Minute stretch then:
Tabata Double Unders (no subs)

Strength
Four sets of:
10 – 12 Ring Rows (get as horizontal as possible)
Rest 90 seconds
6 – 8 Good Mornings (Start with a bar, then load from there)
Rest 90 seconds

WOD
Fitness
Three rounds for time of:
15 Burpees
30 Kettlebell Swings (35/25)

Performance & RX
Five rounds for time of:
15 Burpees
30 Kettlebell Swings (50/35)-RX (45/25-35)-Perf
