Thunderstruck Burpees (No Measure)

Burpee every time you hear “Thunder”
Nice and easy jumping jacks in between burpees.

Bear Complex (1-1-1)

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press
Spend 20 minutes to attempt the Bear 3 times:

7 reps, don’t let go or drop the bar (clean, front squat, push press, back squat, behind the neck press)
