Warmup
5 Spiderman crawl =>10M Barb wire crawl =>10M bear crawl => forward roll => 5 box jump => 200-meter run (Up to intersection of Coleman and Burnette)

Strength
Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Today’s Workout
Fitness
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
35 Air Squats
15 Push-ups (Use box for assist)
10 Ring Rows

Performance
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
50 Air Squats
30 Push-ups (Switch to box assist if necessary)
15 Pull-ups (Asissted as necessary)

RX
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
50 Air Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups
