A big CONGRATS to Coach Spenser, Katrina and Sunny who went and competed at the CrossFit North Vancouver Challenge. It takes a lot of grit to compete for two days! Thanks for doing such a great job for representing RPCF! And congrats to Coach Spenser who took home a 3rd place finish in the Olympic Lifting segment of the competition! It’s only 150 days away from the Tough Mudder! We’ve got a many already signed up. To get on the team go to the Tough Mudder registration. Register. Then you can join a team. Ours is RPCF. Password is RPCF. We’ll then divide into 2 teams on race day. A fast unit. And a “I’m going to finish this Damn it!” unit.
