Strength
Bench Press
5 @ 65%. 5 @ 70%, 5 @ 75%
3 @ 70%, 3 @ 75%, 3 @ 80%
5 @ 75%, 3 @ 80%, 1 @ 85%

WOD
Fitness
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
9 Deadlifts, 65/45 lbs
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps or Step-Ups, 20 in

Performance
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
9 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps, 20 in

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
9 Deadlifts, 155/135 lbs
12 Push-ups
