CrossFit Teens Coquitlam August 29th

Reminder starting Tuesday, September 3rd there will be a new CrossFit Teens time. There will be no longer a 4pm-5pm class. CrossFit Teens will be running Monday-Friday at 5:30-6:30.

There will be no class on Monday, September 2nd.
Warmup: 3 rounds
200 m run =>10 PVC pass-throughs =>10 abmat sit ups => 10 hollow rocks => 10 supermans => 50 single unders or 25 double unders
 
Tabata squats
then,
30 secs plank, 30 sec left side plank, 30 sec right side plank
rest 60 sec
30 secs plank, 30 sec left side plank, 30 sec right side plank
 
WOD for time:
5 rounds
200-meter run
5 one-arm overhead dumbbell lunges
10 hand-release push-ups
15 knees-to-elbows
