15’ handstand walk or 30 second hand stand holds=> forward roll => 5 slow squats=> agility ladder => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal
Dynamic stretch
Skill:
Review pistol progressions and Rope climbs
3 rounds of:
6 pistols per leg
1 Rope climb!
Workout of the day:
2 x 6:00 AMRAP, rest 2:00 in between
5 shoulder press with dumbbells
10 weighted walking
– lunges with the same weight
15 squats
