How are you feeling? You should be getting over the carb-junky shakes now. You should be starting to note differences.

My biggest weakness is sweets. I’ve eliminated sugar from my diet these last 9 days and I’m feeling terrific! Got a new PR on the snatch last night. Let us know what differences you are noticing.

Check this out from Jen : Spaghetti (Squash) and meatballs. According to Jen “the spaghetti squash surprisingly had a similar texture to noodles when you ate with the tomato sauce”. I’ve had it myself. It works!
