Kettlebell Tabatas (No Measure)

Tabata Kettlbell coach calls out movements: Russian, snatch, goblet squat, orbits, figure 8s etc.

Power Lifting Total (Total Weight)

Take time to move up in weight for each lift. Once you’re near your max effort for said lift – similar to CrossFit Total, you have three chances to achieve your 1 rep max.
