Holy Mackerel! Tough Mudder tomorrow! Lots of luck to all the CrossFitters out there that are racing. The obstacles and the run do not worry me. You know what my biggest fear is? Hitting clots of out-of-shape weekend warriors heaving, gasping and clogging up the obstacles.  Hopefully the organizers will keep the flow of non-CrossFitters moving.

I sent out a shotgun email to everyone and posted on facebook regarding a pre-order of women’s Rocky Point CrossFit Shorts. Here’s the deets on the apparel. The supplier is in a bit of a rush to place an order (by Monday). So if you want a pair, please email your size before the end of Monday! Thanks.
