Busy Weekend ahead:

One of our athletes, Becky, is training for some upcoming endurance races. She’ll be running her first 50KM this weekend at Burnaby Lake. Myself and a couple of others will be joining her for a 10KM leg at approximately 11:15AM. If you would like to join in on the run we will be hooking up with Becky at the Burnaby Lake Rugby Club parking lot. Googlemaps link

Today’s workout leans towards the long side. Spend no more than 10 minutes in the “Pre-Warmup” before moving on to your Bucket List.
