This is a 60 minute free session that explains the CrossFit methods and evaluates your current level of fitness.
To get all athletes up to speed for classes, we run them through 12 Fundamentals Training sessions where we teach the Olympic Lifts (and their subsets), correct form for all major CrossFit exercises (rowing, kettle bell swings, D-ball slams, Wall Ball throws, thrusters, kipping pull-ups, etc…) and gradually get your body used to exercising at high intensity intervals for short durations.
Our philosophy is proper Technique, Repeatability and only then Intensity through personal coaching for every single session including classes.
