The competition of CrossFit has exploded. Last year, a Crossfit gym need only submit a team and they were almost assured of making a spot in the Regional’s. This year ….well, this year the field has morphed into a beast. This is CrossFit. Every year, more and more people will discover and embrace the most incredible way of getting fit and demonstrating it. Our own gym is a microcosm of CrossFit. We have incredible people joining our gym and raising it’s capabilities beyond anything we imagined a year ago. It is a pleasure watch. Thank you! The Rocky Point Membership is full of amazing, determined people who are an honor to coach and push into realms of unimaginable fitness.

Our Joe is ranked #31 in Canada West. Our Viki is #81 in Canada West! As a team, we are ranked #33.

Big hugs to all our athletes!!!! Major props to Coach Ty, who came in on Sunday morning, after a 16 hour stag party to elevate our score by 3 reps!

After the WODs we had a groovy afternoon Curling. This game is a hoot!   Thank you Norm for organizing this! We had a blast and more than a few of us are ready to commit to buying curling shoes, brooms and dickies.

There are a pile of good eats for post-WOD! Cave Food Inc has expanded their post-wod menu to brownies.  Check the fridge and bring a few bits for a wicked post-wod snack.
