Heads up! We have 11AM classes running Monday to Friday. There is no longer a noon class.

Also, this Saturday will be the first day we offer a 9AM class in addition to our infamous Noon WOD.

The emphasis today will be on the strength component, followed by a Foundations workout that, if you’ve done it before, I hope you’re going to smash!
