What is it? The Rocky Point CrossFit Performance Program aim is to prepare athletes for the 2014 CrossFit Games Open/Regionals (and beyond?)

The Program will be run by Nathan Taylor. Nathan was a former Junior A level hockey player and an elite level track and field athlete. He has competed in the NCAA and at the International level where he represented Canada from 2006-2008. Nathan’s track and field career was highlighted with a Bronze Medal that he won as a part of the 4x100m relay team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Nathan has over 7 years experience and during that time has worked with a variety of clients including those new to fitness, weekend warriors and elite athletes. Nathan’s specialty is working with high level athletes on strength and conditioning and speed and power development. Using his educational background and experience as a high level athlete Nathan understands what it takes for his students to reach their full potential.
