1 Person Bear Crawls 20′ with 2 dumbbells. Tag. Race is complete when each person has completed 3 lengths.

Teams of 2
For time, working as male/female pairs each athlete completes:
50-calorie row
50 Knees-To-Elbows
50 wall-ball shots
50 box jump overs
Only 1 person working at a time, the working partner must complete all 50 reps of the movement before the partner may start
