Back in the summer at Coquitlam Centre.

NOTE! Saturday and Sunday WODS as per the usual this weekend!

We have worked out a purchasing program with HillsFoods. They are suppliers of Certified organic meats. They carry everything from beef and turkey to elk and camel. Yes…I said camel. Pick up an order sheet at the gym and call in an order. They are located here in Coquitlam.

Today is a designated “Rest Day”. If you missed one of the last 3 days here are your choices:

Eva: 5 Rounds of 800m Run, 30 KB Swings, 30 Pullups

Back Squat: 3-3-3-3-3

Wood: 5 Rounds of 400m Run, 10 Burpee Box Jumps, 10 Sumo deadlift highpulls, 10 Thrusters, Rest 1 minute.

A great way to scale these workouts is to reduce the number of rounds. You will get plenty of “bang for your buck” with 3 rounds of Eva or Wood. Please check the whiteboard. There is a warm-up associated with each of the WODs.
