Today’s Workout

Every once in a while we’re tasked with a CrossFit Endurance WOD. Today is the day. No Cherry-picking!!!!! We’ll allocate 40 minutes for this workout. So spend 20 minutes in a general warm-up and joint mobility. No strength work today. šŸ™‚
