Today’s Workout is Thrusters and Pull-ups!!!! Some are not amused.

Reebok is looking for temp employees to man their Store at the CF Games Regionals. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible.

Today’s Workout:

Four sets of:
Deadlift x 4-6 reps (Heavy-ish)
Rest 20 seconds
Push-Ups x Max reps @ 1010 (1 sec down, 1 second up, no rest at top or bottom)
(set is over if you break tempo)
Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
15-105 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Assisted Pull-ups (or kipping)
15-105 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Assisted Pull-ups
15-105 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Assisted Pull-ups
15-105 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Assisted Pull-ups
15-105 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Assisted Pull-ups
15-105 pound Thruster, 18 reps
18 Assisted Pull-ups
15-105 pound Thruster, 21 reps
