20 double unders (no singles!!!! if it takes you 10 minutes, you will do all double unders)
15 air squats
10 pushups

Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes (Fitness = 20minutes) complete:
5 Box Jumps
5 PushUps
5 KB Swings
