Guess who is back.

Two more sleeps until the RPCFO Community Challenge! Action gets underway at 830AM. Standing room only.

I want to give a big thank you to Tom Parker from Reebok who are helping out with the day. I’d also like to thank Aaron from Maple Ridge Paintball who has donated some generous free deals to the prize pot. As well as The Gillnetter Pub who have also ponied up some nice prizes.

Don’t forget, there will be no regular classes on Saturday.

Today’s Workout:

Warmup (guess what? this one’s for time!)

3 Rounds:
50 Double Unders (or 150 singles)
10 V-Ups

rest 5 minutes, then:

Weighted Pullup 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
(If you are still working on your pull-up, you will perform 10 negatives)


Team WOD (one person completes an entire round, then tags off to the partner)
In teams of 2, AMRAP 20:
7 Kettlebell Swings (70, 53)
7 Burpees
7 Wall Balls
