Today’s workout calls for a handstand pushup while balancing on a pair of dumbbells. I encourage you to go for it! For the rest of us……we’re going to spend a little time becoming more efficient at the push-up šŸ˜€

We’ll get warmed up, do our Results List, then run a quick clinic on the push-up.

10-20 pound Dumbbell hang squat clean, 10 reps
10 Push-ups

12 rounds for time of:

20-45 pound Dumbbell hang squat clean, 10 reps
12 Push-ups

6 Handstand push-ups on dumbbells
