Heads Up! Errol is going to Thailand for a few weeks. Confuscious say “Man who go through Airport turnstile backwards is going to Bangkok.” No worries, I have this gif to cover for him while he’s gone.

 

The White Water Rafting trip is a go! Monday July 2nd at the Chilliwack River Rafting Resort. If you would like to go, call 1-800-410-7238 say you are with the Rocky Point CrossFit group and they will ask for a deposit for each person you wish to reserve. Or you could go to their online booking system and make the reservation that way. Registration is at Noon. We are served a lunch, provided with wet suit and helmet and pilot. We also get food on the trip! Yeah! Cost is $79 per person. We can meet at the gym and carpool to Chiliwack.

The run is from our door to the far end of the parking lot (where we start our mile run). Ground to Overhead means any method you wish.

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Ground to Overheads 15-45 lbs

200 ft Run (shuttle)

12 Sit-up (standard)s

Post total rounds.

Performance

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Ground to Overheads 95/65 lbs 200 ft Run (shuttle) 12 Sit-up (standard)s Post total rounds.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Ground to Overheads 135/95 lbs

200 ft Run (shuttle)

12 Sit-up (standard)s Post total rounds.
