Bulgarian Split Squat and Handstand Holds (No Measure)

Three sets of:
Bulgarian Split Squat x 8-12 reps
Rest 30 seconds
60 second Handstand Hold
or
Wall Climbs x 5 reps
3 Minute Break

Kelly (Time)

5 Rounds for time of:
400m Run
30 Box Jumps, 24” / 20”
30 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
Progressions =
5 Rounds and 2/3 the reps
or
3 Rounds and all the reps
