Hey hey hey! Big test day at the gym. CrossFit Total time again. If this is your first time doing the CF Total, try and get to the gym a few minutes early to get warmed up and start warming up the movements. Once warmed up, you’ll have 3 lifts at back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. We are looking for a 1 rep max for each. This is valuable information as you will use these numbers in calculating weights you should use in future strength conditioning sessions. This is a fun WOD! Don’t miss it!
