When Mainsite posts a strength WOD, I’ll also be posting an alternate WOD. Strength days are incredibly important in your development as a CrossFit athlete. To realize the full benefit of this game-changing lifestyle, strength days are a must! They’re fun too. Pretty casual…get sum Zepplin playing…chill out on the couch…what er no! Those were high school days! But I can’t help but notice a number of absentees on strength days. So I’d rather have you in the gym doing an alternate than not coming in at all.

WOD:

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

Post total time.
