Rest 45 seconds
Push-Ups x 10-25 reps @ 1010
Rest 45 seconds
Pullups or Ring Rows x 8-10 reps @ 2111
Rest 45 seconds;
and then,
Two sets of:
Row 350 meters @ 95%
Rest 3 minutes

Then:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
Rest 2 minutes
