Deadlift:

65% 1RM Max – 5 reps

75% 1RM – 5 reps

85% 1RM – 5+ reps

Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Work with a partner to save on plates. DLs eat up the plates pretty quick. Then rest 5 minutes:

Five rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters

145 pound Deadlift, 20 reps

20 Push-ups

145 pound Deadlift, 10 reps

10 Push-ups

Post total time.
