For those of you that were in on Monday’s WODs, you noticed the “buy-in” and “cash-out” segments of the workout. I’ll be working these in a couple of days a week. The point? Well, this is where I need your help. We’re going to make use of the time to work on those things that we tend to avoid. Let me know in the comments those movements get your goat. I already know what they are. I’m just curious to read what you have to say. šŸ™‚

Buy-In

21-15-9 Kettlebell Snatches (Switch hands as required), Double-Unders.

then:

3 rounds for time of:
400 m Run
30 Overhead Squats 75/55 lbs Ā RX+ use 95/65
21 Pull-ups

Post total time.
