Aaron’s long history of competition and coaching in sports lead him to pursue knowledge in balanced fitness and nutrition. He started his Crossfit coaching education back in 2012 and has expanded that to include a wide range of expertise in movement and spiritual well-being.
As a trainer and coach Aaron has worked with many clients from various backgrounds and ability levels. This includes everything ranging from tv and film stars transforming to prepare for a role or people struggling just to move without pain.
“People don’t realize that years of poor movement and poor posture will shape to way we physically look as much as our nutrition habits and exercise programs. Slouching, sore back, and sore knees can all be results of bad daily movement. I want to teach people how to reclaim proper positioning of their body in day to day life, not just the gym.
