A reminder, the next Oly Club cycle begins this Saturday at 130PM. There are only a couple of spots left! This is a very valuable program where you will become far more proficient with your Olympic Lifts. This leads to bigger lifts and more success in the WODs. Click here for more info and to register. Today’s Workout

3 Rounds – for quality
Hold L-Seat for 30 seconds (from a bar, on a box, from the floor)
10 Standing Dumbell Inverted Cross
10 Toes to Bars with straight legs or L Sit raises

EMOM 10 Minutes
1 Power Snatch
2 Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch (or 1 OH Squat after your last Hang Power Snatch)

WOD – Cindy
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Performance & RX
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
