A few more details about our weekly competitions. Saturday mornings, starting April 12th, we’ll run 2 WODs, an RX and a scaled. We’ll judge each other. More details to come on scoring, but we’ll make it so that it won’t matter if you miss a week or two. Stay tuned for more deets!
