Score is total reps of all pushups/pullups + seconds of L-Sit. Put the breakdown in notes.

10,000# worth of Deadlift
7,000# worth of Power cleans
5,000# worth of Shoulder to overhead

Select desired loads and set up two BBs for each lift, one for guys, one for girls.
One guy and one girl must be working simultaneously, finish each station before moving on to next.
