Catatonic Carry (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two or three:
Carry your catatonic partner 200m
your partner has to be limp : )
– teams of two perform the fireman carry
– teams of three perform the two person carry (one person holding the torso while the other carries the feet).
Once the team comes back
all members must complete
3 full round of Cindy each with
one person working at a time.
