Main – CrossFit Group WOD

Reminder: We’ll be running the CrossFit Games Open 14.1 at the gym for judging from 10AM to Noon. Those who have registered to compete in the Opens, please locate the sheet on the corkboard and write your name into a time slot.

Regular 9AM and Noon class on Staurday. The Mobility WOD will be starting at 930AM and run until 10AM.
