ATTENTION! We are getting a new Nutrition/Fitness challenge started on Saturday January 11th. This WILL NOT be the Whole 30 Challenge (although that’s part of it). This will be a 60 day challenge where participants will earn scores based on nutrition, workout-outs, mobility, water and sleep. You’ll be using the big computer to log your scores everyday and a scoreboard will be maintained on the Blog. There is no fee to join. There will be prizes at the end 🙂 Stay tuned for more details.
