June 22nd – Rest Easy Fundraiser – The famous Chris Kirby – Who’s WOD no new grads in their right mind want to do – does a Fundraiser every year. The event helps out families whose loved ones are in the hospital receiving transplants. Have a look at: http://resteasyfundraiser.com/ It’s more of a party than a fundraiser. $20 gets you a burger (or selection of sandwiches this year) and a beer. There’s an exciting auction (Chris is the auctioneer) for some cool things. Helicopter rides, jewellery, CrossFit Personal Training 🙂 Check it out! It was a blast last year. I’d love to see a bunch of you there this year. If you’re lucky Chris’ father will pull a quarter out of your ear.

Back Squat 20 reps at a weight that you choose.
Stipulation is that you may not put the bar down once you have started.
All reps must be below parallel.
