Today’s Workout:

Warmup – 3 Rounds or 10 minutes
10 mountain climbers (per leg) => bear crawl 10m => 25-meter left-legged hop => 25-meter right-legged hop => 50-meter back pedal => 3 broad jumps => 2 cartwheels

Spend 10 Minutes working up a heavy Power Clean, then:
EMOM for 10 Minutes:
3 Power Cleans at 75-80% of weight achieved in the first 10 minutes

Three rounds for time of:
100 Double-Unders (250 Singles)
20 Burpees
Run 400 Meters (Fitness will be 200m)
