400m Run – Coach Led (No Measure)

Followed by Dynamic Stretch

Weighted Lunge (10-10-10-10)

10 Back Lunges (Barbell in Front Rack)
Measure heaviest load completed successfully.

After each set, rest 30 seconds and attempt 2-3 handstands
