Weighted Lunge (10-10-10-10)
10 Back Lunges (Barbell in Front Rack)
Measure heaviest load completed successfully.
After each set, rest 30 seconds and attempt 2-3 handstands
40 Box steps/jumps
30 Double Unders
10 Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65)
