Some friends of ours at www.friendsofpvanimals.com are hosting a fundraiser at Townhall Public House tonight 7PM. $20 gets you a burger, beer and some karma. They could also use leashes, crates, collars, blankets and toys.

Coaches during mobility ask people to share what they found out about the other

If you are still mastering the OH Squat, please spend some time working technique, then do a 5-3-1 rep scheme of front squat.
You are allowed to start from a rack for all squats.
Front Squat (5-3-1)
Only do the front squat if you worked only light technique for the OH squat.
