The gym is cleaned up and open for biz!!!! Full class schedule back in effect. Special thanks to everyone that helped out. Today also marks the half way point for the Whole30 challenge. I’m so proud of the group this time around, there’s been a lot of support and sharing on the FB page and I expect to see a lot of athletes make the entire 30 days. Good for you guys!!
