Yes, there’s going to be a lot going on Saturday morning at the gym. We will be running the 9AM and the Noon WOD as scheduled. We will be cancelling the Mobility WOD this Saturday. Apologies for the inconvenience.
The ERT Helen Biathlon WOD will be run as people want to do it. We’ll be able to run it 3 people at a time.

Any Cross Country Skiers? Zach, Trysta and Jaret need someone that can join them this Sunday to cover the 4 mile cross country ski leg of the Ski to Sea Race (Starts at Mt Baker and finishes in Bellingham). Then get ready to put on a huff and puff.
Death By 10 Meters (AMRAP – Rounds)
Minute 1 = 10 meters
Minute 2 = 20 meters
And so on….
You must touch the ground every 10 meters. You keep going until you can no longer complete the required number of 10 meter lengths in the minute. We’ll have a 10 meters marked off in the gym.
The record is around 15 rounds.

Minute 1 = 1 Burpee
Minute 2 = 2 Burpees
Until you can no longer complete the required reps in the minute
