Coach will call intervals. Alternate between squats and single unders. 5 sets each.
Spend 10 mins warming up movements in WOD.

Double Chipper Madness (Time)

Teams of 4 (2 partners works at a time)

– 2500m row
– 150 pullups/ring rows
– 150, pushups
– 150 KB swings
– 150 double unders (3 to 1 trade)
– 150 Box Jumps/Steps

Break it up however you would like. Think Strategy!
