2. Elbows high and outside
3. Muscle Snatch
4. Snatch Land
5. Snatch Drop
6. Hang Power Snatch

Team Angie Plus (Time)

With only one partner working at a time, complete:
100 Pull-Ups
100 Push-Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squat
At the end of each segment, for example 100 pullups, one of the partners must complete a Farmer’s Carry around the Bean Counter with 2 KBs.
