Hi Everyone! Yes we are open Monday! Regular hours except in the evening. There will be a 4:30PM and 5:30PM Group Class followed by a 6:30PM Foundations Class. We will have the gym open on New Year’s Day from 10-2 for OpenGym. At Noon we will have an organized Group Class. All are welcome! Have great night. Hope to see you New Year’s day.
