CrossFit Teens Coquitlam August 30th

REMINDER:
 
No class on Monday.  Starting Tuesday, September 3rd there will be a new CrossFit Teens time. There will be no longer a 4pm-5pm class. CrossFit Teens will be running Monday-Friday at 5:30-6:30.
 
Warmup: 3 rounds
10 squats => 2 cartwheels => 10 lunges => 2 forward rolls => 3 broad jumps => 10 jumping jacks => bear crawl => 25-meter carioca => 25-meter back pedal => 
 
Tech: Overhead squat
 
WOD: 2 x 6:00 AMRAP rest 2  mins in between
5 burpees
10 squats
15 double unders or 30 single unders
200m run
