Wednesday we shall revisit the Workouts you did on Day 1. The Max Effort Thruster and the Baseline Workout. Your improvements in weight and time will be considered in deciding the victor of our challenge. We’ll also get the weigh-in and photo done on this day. If you did not pony up your $5…you have until Wednesday to get it in!
