Preparation for the CF Games is well underway.

Today’s workout will require a towel if you are not ascending the gym rope.

Fitness

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Beginner Rope climb, 3 ascent (using the shorter rope and the use of your legs, start laying on your back and pull hand-over-hand to a standing position. Lower)
15 Push-ups

Performance

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent or 5 Towel Pull-ups
15 Push-ups

RX

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
15 Push-ups
